Attracting arable species such as Lapwings, and scarcer ones too like Barn and Short-eared owls, Kestrels and Marsh harriers, the scrapes create a great environment for and to see them. Or why not perch in our bird hide?Copt Hall's marshes on the remote and beautiful Blackwater Estuary are a noted site for waders and overwintering birds. These can be viewed whilst enjoying a bracing walk along the sea wall.
